The first step is the name of the Complex, it begins with the legal name. Capture the

registered name and press enter. The display name will automatically be generated

and this can be changed. Below the display name there is a drop down arrow with

countries, select the country in which the intercom is being installed in.

Once all the fields are completed click next. Proceed to step 2.

STEP 2

This step is used to capture the complex address, phone numbers and email address.

Capture all the details for the complex; this can be changed at a later stage. The Next

is the postal address, if the physical and postal address is the same tick the box

between the two addresses and all the details in the physical address will be copied

across.

After completing all the details, press tab until the heading collapses. Capture the

landline number, fax number and the mobile number, once done move to Internet

heading. In the Internet heading capture the email address for the complex; again this

can be changed at a later stage. Lastly the dialling rules heading. There is a single tick

box; if you put a tick in it, it will allow the MKII to make international calls.

Proceed to Step 3 after all headings have been completed.
